I had a really wonderful day yesterday, filled with wonderful calls and wishes from friends and family. The hubby made a delicious lunch with many of the ingredients from our little garden. I LOVE to eat outside, so despite the heat (90's and humid), we set up a lovely little scene. We were surprised and delighted to be joined by our neighbors!
Added one of my obsessions, fresh Hydrangeas from the garden.
Some of my favorite china...easy-care, DISHWASHER SAFE Blue Willow! (I Love the real thing as well, but it is too much work!)
Received an absolutely AMAZING gift from a dear friend!!!
Drove down to Murrell's Inlet and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at our favorite Thai restaurant in the area, The Blue Elephant.
And we ended the day with red velvet cake and a visit from my brother! Easy, relaxing, filled with love...I could not have asked for a better day!
